Cleansing our face with oil enables us to remove dirt, makeup & buildup without stripping our skin of its natural acid mantle. This cleanser removes impurities from within pores while toning and hydrating the skin.

This unique face oil penetrates deep into the skin to replenish moisture, soothe inflammation, and promote a clear, radiant complexion. It may also be used as a daily face moisturizer. This oil has a deep green herbaceous scent (similar to tea tree) reminiscent of yarrow blooms and tansy flowers.

Ingredients

Yarrow: anti-inflammatory & astringent especially for acne prone skin. It also soothes dry, irritated skin types.

Meadowfoam seed oil: Is a quick absorbing oil rich in vitamin E, omega 3- and 6- fatty acids. It retains moisture, fights free radicals and helps maintain the skin's youthful appearance.

Yarrow oil: An antioxidant power house; this oil is one of the most powerful natural astringents. It promotes shrinking of skin pores and helps detoxify congested skin types.

Ingredients: Caprylic (fractionated coconut oil)*, Limnanthes alba (meadowfoam oil), Ricinus communis (castor seed oil)*, Achillea millefolium (yarrow extract & oil)*, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba seed oil), Tanacetum annuum L. (blue tansy oil).

Usage

Dampen the face with a warm face cloth to soften the skin's sebum. Gently massage up up to one minute 4-5 drops to remove makeup, loosen dirt and impurities. Wipe gently without scrubbing the face. This will leave it feeling cleansed, dewy and hydrated. Please be sure not to drop water into the bottle of oil. Keep water out of the product.

I love this oil… it cleanses without stripping the skin. I have oilier skin so I like to rotate with another face wash too. There are different ways to add this product to your routine and it’s great!

Multi-use Cleanser

I'm thoroughly enjoying this cleanser. It is subtle and soothing, and adds another gentle layer of moister under the moisturizing oils. As someone who deals with hormonal acne this cleanser calms my skin and I have not had nearly as many breakouts since using it as I have using other oil-stripping cleansers. It took some getting used to to use oil as a cleanser but I see now why it's so good for the skin!

Works really great

I love all Boreal Folk products! This one is great for someone like me who gets breakouts around my period time but too busy/lazy to spend time following an arduous beauty regimen. Works quick and my skin loves it!
